Liane loves people, their stories and interior designs! She is a professionally trained interior designer with an East Asian service attitude, endless love for the American home concept of style, chic and comfort, and, of course, not missing the German sense of great craftsmanship and perfection. Her passion is to listen to each client’s story, to carefully figure out their dreams and needs and to translate them truly into their dream spaces and homes.

Liane is a problem solver by nature. Fueled by variety and complexity, she thrives on the quirks of individual spaces and lifestyles. The more unique the challenge, the more her designer spirit lights up.

University City is a city in Missouri that is most known for its historic suburban character and its proximity to Washington University. It began as farmland and small communities in the late 1800s. Today, it offers a suburban development, park system, schools, and community amenities.

University City Resources:

Washington University in St. Louis – Washington University in St. Louis was founded in 1853  and is centered on discovery, leadership, and service. Today it serves over 17,000 students and excels in teaching and research, operating as one of the nation’s largest academic clinical practices.

Heman Park – Heman Park is University City’s largest park, spanning more than 85 acres and offering extensive amenities including sports facilities, picnic areas, playgrounds, nature trails, and a public pool. It also houses the city’s Park Maintenance and Forestry Divisions, making it a central destination for recreation and community activity.

University City Public Library – The University City Public Library was founded in 1939 and owns over 150,000 items including multimedia and technology resources. The library serves the community by offering youth and senior programs and outreach efforts. Today, it offers meeting spaces, professional staff support, art exhibits, and access to resources across the Municipal Library Consortium.
